The location and breakfast were ok.

Can't fault anything about it.

The staff was very helpful Rooms are quite basic, but clean New looking, modern facility Good pool for kids. Right on the beach ( need to take about 50 steps)

You can only have one keycard for the door Rooms reserved for Booked.net are inferior to other rooms Buffet dinner is just ok Internet only available in the lobby, no wifi in the rooms Not nearly enough shady space or sunbeds by the pool deck Towels are so rough that (no fabric softener?), they are practically useless ( about as soft as sandpaper ) Access to beach does not appear to be handicapped accessible, need to take about 50 steps.

Fine hotel in a nice and quiet place. Great view over the ocean from balcony. Very helpfull and nice staff. If you want to relax on the seashore it is on of the best in Turunc.

Great Stay at a Peaceful Resort

The resort was in a beautiful setting with amazing sea and bay views. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel offered a range of boat tours that were fantastic for exploring the area. We loved the free shuttle boats to nearby towns.

The beach area could be improved, as it was too narrow to accommodate everyone. The restaurant food was a bit lacklustre and not very varied, although the breakfast was good.

Just the location and the breakfast were ok. Anything else, including the staff / pool / public wc / housekeeping facilities were not good at all.

The hotel owner was a weird and irrational person. He charged the full amount ~15 days before check-in (?!?!) -with no information- although he was not allowed to do that by the policies of Booked.net agreement. The main problem is that he is not listening his clients and unable to negotiate properly. Ive seen this amount in my credit card bill and had to pay it 10 days before my holiday! He didnt informed concerning this action and didnt apologize about it. Once more in Mavi Deniz? NO Thanks...!

The hotel was everything we expected. Very clean room, sea views, excellent facilities, great restaurant, pool/bar area and own beach loungers/umbrellas. Highly recommended. Turunc is a great place to stay!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - just a few steps away from the beach. We loved being able to walk straight to the beach whenever we wanted. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel, including the rooms and common areas. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our entire stay.

Everything was fantastic - we had a great experience at this hotel.

All hotel rooms have nice see view. There is a free parking available for guests. The manager of the hotel was very polite and hospitable.

Hotel staff do not speak any foreign language. Not very professional service. Breakfast is not good - no fruits, no meat. They do make omelettes, though small and not tasty. Rooms are spartan, tiles on the floor, no lamps except light bulb on the ceiling. The air conditioners are noisy. Empty mini bar - you get one bottle of water for the entire stay.

Really struggling to think of anything good to say, trying to be fair I would say that the location of hotel is ok, close to the beach. Since an error was made in the booking I.e children under 5 not excepted the hotal manager made an exception but made a 50% charge! So that was apprecited since the booking was non-refundable.

These comments below are not complaints but notes on the service provided at this hotel. The most uncomfortable thing was that everyone who worked for the hotel would look at us if we were from another planet, long glaring stares. Apart from one person noone from the hotel staff could speak a word of english, even the words "sugar", "water" and 'towel" was a struggle to explain, for a well established hotel this was astonishing. In the 5 day stay the room was cleaned only once, towels were only provided on the first day and the last day. The following standard items were nowhere to be found in the room: 1) tissues 2) a kettle 3) an iron - even requested we were told none would provided. 4) a clock. 5) broken parts in shower, blocked shower continually, and no extractor fan. Overall we were very disappointed.

Great sea views from the hotel and close to the beach. the breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. It was easy to take a boat ride to a nearby town for a change of scenery. the overall experience was very relaxing and enjoyable!

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. the hotel could benefit from some renovations and updating.

Best spot in Turunc. Wish stay longer. Staff was helpfull and they know what they are doing.

Hotel Mavi Deniz is a delightful beachside retreat where we can relax and unwind. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We woke up to a fabulous view from our balcony and enjoyed a filling Turkish breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool and sea. the staff were attentive and made our stay enjoyable, even teaching us some basic Turkish phrases. the beach is clean and just steps away, perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.
